Here is the big blowing bubble contest and on review Ashlynn brought it to our attention that she was the first one to get the bubbles past the top. How sweet she is to give her baby brother the glory - she is the bigger winner in my eye because of it!!

The trick to blowing bubbles is using white milk - chocolate milk is to heavy.

So much for the theory of the boy not being tuff because he doesn't have a brother to beat him up. All three of the girls have sent this boy to the hospital!!! Those are 9 stitches in his head from flipping out of the jeep when Ashlynn stepped on the gas. Brooke gave him the black eye from the wii remote control, and cut his head open the week before with the dog leash and Rylie had a part in the broken leg. ..... I pray we have it all out of our system and no more war stories.

Camping Trip 2009

Cade is a trooper. In the last couple of days he decided he was sick of scooting on his bum so he starting walking with his cast on. He dumped his first cast in the pool so we had to get a new one on. He hated having it off, for lots of reasons I think - 1, he thinks of it as a big bandage and he remembers how bad it hurt before they put the cast on. 2, he hates the machine that sounds like and looks like they are sawing his leg off to get the cast off and 3, his poor leg looks like a chicken leg under that cast :(. We go to the doctor on Monday I am hoping and praying that they just take it off, but there is the chance he will have 2 more weeks - yikes!!!

Disney

I have been late to get our Disney Pictures up because it was too hard to figure out which ones to put on there - so many good times, so many good pictures!! We celebrated Braum's 37th birthday and Carla's 60th birthday in Florida. Went to all the Disney Parks and Clearwater Florida, to the gulf. Great times!!!!

The Cast

Cade and Reagan Thomason
Reagan is our nieghbor and they love to play with each other. We had to put a layer of K State purple on Cade's leg because he wore off all the green from playing outside so much and dragging it on the driveway. I am amazed at how well he gets around - but still CAN'T wait until the 15th of June which he hopefully gets a walking cast. The rings in our house have not been good to us, he broke his leg basically the same way Ashlynn broke her arm by swinging on the rings. His were just not in monkey bar formation.

THUNDERSTORMS

It was another exciting night in Kansas with huge thunder and lightning. Thought I would miss the nights that all my kids have to come in my bed when they are scared so I took this picture. Braum is gone until 2 in the morning lately since Gunnery is going on so this is what he saw when he got home. So, he slept in Cade's bed, I was sleeping in the middle of Brooke and Cade.

Easter Egg Docorating

Decorating was different this year. Usually I have to get everything set up and have a huge mess to clean up. I think the girls had just as much fun making the egg dye than decorating the eggs. They did a great job and I got to take lots of pictures. They were so organized in the beginning that clean up was easy. The eggs turned out beautiful and we had a great time doing them!!
